80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, the Brut Millesimato is very dry, with just 5 g/lt residual sugar.
All of the grapes are grown in the Oltrepo Pavese and harvested towards the last week of August. After aging on the lees for more than 3 years, the bottles are riddled by hand and a small amount of dosage is added at degorgement.
TASTING NOTES
Classically styled, the Millesimato Brut displays a touch more lush fruit than the "For England" Pas Dose, which is driven by minerality. The palate displays notes of white fruit, candied almonds and green apples. A rich mouthfeel makes this a great bubbly for the dinner table.
