L'Encantada Renaissance Domaine Artigaux 1989

Renaissance is the first of a new line/ special release from the becoming more popular brand L'Encantada. These barrels are the upper echelon of the orange wax Single Casks releases previously seen, representing some sort of "rebirth" or seemingly increased interest in the category of Armagnac. The bottlings are full casks being split between Europe and the US, and have somewhat atypical profiles from their respective domains, taking drinkers off the beaten path to explore these beautiful distillates.

Under 200 bottles are available in the US market.

Artigaux 1989 slumbered in oak for 32 years to create a complex profile full of candied fruit and flowers at a robust 52.9% abv.
