Baileys Irish Cream is an Irish whiskey and cream based liqueur, made by Gilbeys of Ireland. It has a declared alcohol content of 17% alcohol by volume. Probably the best known irish cream in the World. It is made from a mix of cream, eggs, chocolate and Irish whiskey.

Bailey's Irish Cream can either be served straight, on the rocks or be used as a mixer.
