2022 Lo & Behold Monterey County Pinot Noir

Monterey Pinot with real coastal lift. Sourced from organically farmed vineyards near the Santa Lucia Highlands corridor, it captures cool fog mornings, Pacific breezes, and bright red-cherry energy. 

Partial whole-cluster lots ferment in small open-top tanks, then the wine rests for 8–10 months in neutral French oak to develop spice and fine tannins.

Bottled unfined and unfiltered, it drinks juicy and savory, with a clean line that stays unmistakably Monterey.
