Folly Of The Beast Pinot Noir

Folly of the Beast Pinot Noir is sourced from the Central Coast of California, primarily from the Santa Lucia Highlands. The vineyards of the Santa Lucia Highlands are planted on terraces high above the Salinas River Valley. Cold air originates o the coast of Monterey from an upwelling of cold water and deposits what is known as a “thermal rainbow” through the valley, into the SLH appellation. The wines are known for their long, gentle phenolic ripeness and structure.

Bright and fruity on the nose, this light bodied Pinot gives way to a grounded, earthiness on the palate.
