NV Domaine YoYo Akoibon

Electric fruit meets Mediterranean soul. Akoibon is Laurence Manya-Krief’s glou-glou red from steep Banyuls schist, crafted with native yeast and a feather-light touch for purity and snap. Carbonic maceration keeps tannins silky while six months in barrel adds shape without weight, letting Grenache and Mourvèdre hum with verve, spice, and a faint sea breeze. It drinks bright today and shines slightly chilled.

Nose carried by notes of crushed fruit, strawberry, cherry, blackberry, sweet spices, pepper, just a hint of black olive... A juicy wine, lots of finesse, very beautiful balance.
