Equal parts of each grape. Tintilla and Tempranillo from Pago de Balbaina in Jerez and Palomino from Pago Mira La Mar in Chiclana, all albariza soils. Each grape vinified separately, whole cluster fermentations with 2 weeks skin maceration. Once malolactic is complete, aging takes place in a mix of clay anforas and fiberglass vats for about a year. Bottled unfiltered and unfixed without additives. Fresh, juicy red fruit tethered by some spices earth tones. Vibrant acidity making it very easy to drink on its own or with a range of foods.
