Van Brunt Stillhouse Rye Whiskey

Act quickly, when this batch is gone it won't be back until next year. This batch is a mix of distillery’s recipe experiments last year.  

Small batch whiskey made from New York State Rye aged in 10 gallon charred American Oak barrels. Largely 18 month old rye mixed with a smaller volume of 6 month old rye. The older rye brings rich oak flavors and nice rye spiciness and dried apricots with a dry toasted finish.
