Small batch whiskey made from New York State Rye aged in 10 gallon charred American Oak barrels. Largely 18 month old rye mixed with a smaller volume of 6 month old rye. The older rye brings rich oak flavors and nice rye spiciness and dried apricots with a dry toasted finish.
