NV Swick Wines Only Zuul

The grapes are grown in Yakima, Washington, and Salem, Oregon. Swick Wines Only Zuul is fermented spontaneously, unfined, unfiltered, low sulfites.

Ripe plum on the nose, grapefruit on the palate. Balance, structure, gorgeous color. This wine was co-fermented as whole clusters in open top fermenters. The wine was on the skins for about a month and then aged in neutral barrel. There is lychee, potpourri, roses, peach, stone fruit and orange blossom. One of the most interesting wines I’ve tried in a very long time.
