New York State Single Barrel Bourbon Whiskey Port Cask Finish

Brooklyn Small Batch Co's first offering is a single barrel Bourbon Whiskey, matured in virgin American White Oak for approximately 6 months before being transferred to a full-size ex-Port cask for about 2 years for further finishing to impart color and flavor. Each bottle is hand labeled with its barrel & bottle number, and the closure is wax dipped to seal.

A dark reddish body, a nose redolent of nutty aromas - American oak, toasted peanut shells - that is drying and tannic, followed by red hot corn syrup, finishing sweet with toffee & port dipped cookies.
