Neversink Spirits Pear Brandy

Neversink Spirits Pear Brandy is made from 100% New York State grown Bartlett Pears. The pears are crushed and fermented on the skins at cold temperatures to preserve the delicate aromatics. The brandy is double distilled and proofed to 80 proof. This is an extremely limited release of about 175 bottles for the late fall/holiday season 2015.
