Gozenshu Brewery (Tsuji Honten Co., Ltd.) was founded in 1804 in Katsuyama, Okayama by Yahei Tsuji, originally a mercer who ventured into brewing business.
TASTING NOTES
Floral aroma of white bouquet, green apple, and grapefruit followed by a mineral nuance. This sake is a great bridge-sake with wine, sharing some resembling characters with Chenin Blanc grape.
