SOIL - Limestone / Clay

VITICULTURE - The vines are farmed using sustainable practices and the grapes are hand harvested

VINIFICATION - Vinification takes place in stainless steel using natural yeasts

AGING - Aged in tank

An extremely fresh and highly expressive nose of classic Chablis aromas that include green fruit, iodine and oyster shell where the latter element can also be found on the impressively rich and well-concentrated flavors that possess solid underlying tension and length on the complex and sappy finish.
