TASTING NOTES

Mencia from 0.4 hectare vineyard in Ribeira Sacra. They do this very simply by fermenting with native yeasts in stainless steel and a bit of aging in tank before bottling in 1 liter bottles. This wine goes down quick and easy and sure makes you feel like a "boss". An outrageous value in a Chillable red in a liter bottle.
