60% Grolleau, 40% Cabernet Franc are hand harvested for this sparkling rosé. A 20 ha estate in Touraine with 35 years old vines growing in clay siliceous soil, mostly Chenin, minimal use of pesticides. Pressed and fermented in stainless steel vats for 5 to 6 weeks. At the end of the fermentation the wine is bottled, a small dosage is added, and the 2nd fermentation begins (Champagne method). Aged 12 months in bottle.
TASTING NOTES
This beautiful sparkling wine is made with a blend between two different kinds of grape, the grolleau and the Cabernet franc. it's a red fruits flavors wine, with very small bubbles and a nice pale pink color.

It will be perfect serving at the aperitf or with red fruits desserts.
