NV Barbolini "Lancillotto" Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro

The "Lancillotto" from Barbolini is an excellent example of a dry, food-friendly Lambrusco. While many Lambrusco's can be simple and sometimes noticeably sweet, the Lancilloto balances its rich, dark fruit with acidity, some light soft tannin and savory notes of dried herbs and minerals.
