Producer info: The foundation of our ciders is and always will be wild and abandoned apples.
In collaboration with our community, this cider is made from apples collected on foraging expeditions in the wild apple forests of the Catskill Mountains and from apples picked in abandoned orchards throughout the region.
We seek out apples that have roots in New York’s rich cider heritage and use them to create the best craft cider.
TASTING NOTES
The tart, tannin-rich, bittersharp apples, obtained from regional abandoned orchards were blended with apples from select Hudson Valley orchards. The result is a cider that drinks perfectly, like a refreshing bite into a crisp apple.
