Villota’s Selvanevada Rioja Tinto blends the power of Rioja Alavesa with elegance. From the family’s Finca San Rafael—on terraces sloping down to the Ebro River—this wine is crafted in traditional style, with destemming, native yeast fermentation, and 7 months in used French barrels. It reveals deep, layered complexity without losing freshness. Black cherries, baking spice, and a mineral edge show through. A wine you can enjoy now or cellar for several years.

Nose: Aromas of blackberry, black cherry, and dark plum mix with dried herbs, dusty earth, a hint of eucalyptus, and spice (nutmeg and cinnamon).
