Unearthed Central Coast Pinot Noir

In the rolling vineyards along California’s Central Coast, Pinot Noir vines sink their roots deep into the earth, soaking up the essence of the land. Cooled by Pacific wind and fog, fruit ripens slowly and evenly, developing remarkably plush texture, bright fruit flavors and the deep, earthy undertones found only in fine Pinot Noir.

A lush nose of dark cherry, fresh raspberry and cranberry with hints of cinnamon, clove, tobacco leaf, lavender and dark chocolate. Flavors of red fruits including pomegranate and sour cherry are accented by wisps of coffee and a hint of cedar. This well balanced wine has a bright acidity, firm tannins, and a creamy mid palate.
