NV Stellar Organics Extra Dry Sparkling Wine

Fine bubbles bursting through pale lime color. Grapefruit and lime on the nose, a soft texture with modest green apple, melon and pear notes. Nice acidity but not too dry.

Great with spicy curries, oysters, grilled salmon and light lunches.  Also complements marriage proposals, job promotions and full moons.
