Paul Durdilly  Beaujolais Nouveau offers vibrant aromatics and a light, fruit-forward palate with balanced acidity and structured tannins.Expect a little less “candy” and a great deal more true Gamay character, as well as a pure expression of the Beaujolais region's unique terroir.

Nose: Medium-High Intensity, youthful, floral, raspberry, strawberry jam

Mouth: Light Bodied, dry, medium-high acidity, moderate intensity, medium finish, plum, strawberry, cherry

Most Beaujolais Nouveau is best served cool. Not cold. So chill it for 15-20 minutes. Fantastic with a burger,a plate of assorted salumi and cheeses or thick tuna steaks with ginger and garlic.
