The 2023 Listán Negro Maceración Carbónica from Los Bermejos uses 100 % Listán Negro grapes and full carbonic maceration to deliver fruit-driven joy with a volcanic edge. It shows wild strawberry and raspberry aromas, a smoky volcanic minerality, and a texture that’s both fresh and playful. Best enjoyed chilled and soon—this is one to share without ceremony, but with attention.

Nose: Bright wild strawberry and fresh raspberry leap from the glass, followed by violet petals and a whisper of black pepper. A saline Atlantic breeze and volcanic ash minerality underpin the fruit.

Palate: Light to medium body, lively acidity, crisp red-berry fruit and a gentle texture from the carbonic maceration. Smoky soil, volcanic minerality and soft tannin round out the experience.

Finish: Clean, crisp and persistent—lingering notes of raspberry leaf, chalky lava-rock minerality and a touch of savoury spice.
