NV Gatinois Champagne Grand Cru Brut Tradition

Estate-owned Pinot Noir (majority is Petit Pinot d’Ay) and Chardonnay grown in the Grand Cru village of Ay. Most of their Pinot holdings are comprised of massale selection Petite Pinot d’Ay: a small-yielding, tiny berried clone that is unique to this village.

Apple-y, hints of clove, anise, ginger and roasted almonds. Creamy finish with a slight chalky note.

These champagnes can stand up to many types of food...even foie gras!
