(80% Folle Blanche/20% Pinot Noir). The Folle Blanche is planted on sandy and clay soils and the Pinot Noir (20%) to gneiss. The wine was produced using the Traditional Method and was aged on its lees for 18 months before disgorgement.

A youthful, yet sophisticated wine that offers notes of white stone fruit, sweet herbs and a long mineral driven finish. Green apple/slate/honey/yeast. Zesty, dewy and mineral.
