The wine can be enjoyed as is, in more of a natural style - making it nuttier and creamier in texture. Or, you can follow the provided instructions on the necktag to disgorge the wine at home (invert the bottle, wait a week, and place the bottle in the freezer.) This process traps the lees and enables you to disgorge cleanly and at home. The more time it is left on the lees, the greater the complexity, structure, and creaminess.
