NV Acinum Extra Dry Prosecco

Acinum is a collection of exquisite wines selected by Fabrizio Pedrolli in order to enrich the Vias portfolio with the best Italian territories and wineries. The goal is to represent in the United States the authentic heritage of indigenous grapes that makes Italian wine unique to the world. 

This selection starts from the historical wine areas of Veneto, Negrar in Valpolicella and Montforte d’Alpone in Soave. Fabrizio Pedrolli is proud to present these wines, that are the result of a successful collaboration with the family of Edoardo Montresor, who cultivate the grapes, and the oenological expertise of Enrico Paternoster.

On the nose it displays a fruity bouquet with aromas of green apple and pink grapefruit.A smooth, crispy, extremely elegant palate with a long, fresh and tasty finish.

Excellent as an aperitif. Ideal also with fish dishes.
