Leaving the wine cooperative of our village in 1993, we decided to work under our own name and affix our name to the bottles. An expensive and quite difficult transition for us, but we wanted to personalize our production.
In 1997, the caves beneath the 16th century family home are renovated to accommodate barrel aging and two employees are hired. By 2012 we acclimatized the cellar for better insulation and humidity, and installed solar panels.
