Originally a small batch product, Baker’s transitioned to a single barrel offering towards the end of 2019, providing a distinct experience with each bottle.

Baker's Bourbon is part of the Small Batch Collection from Jim Beam, named after Baker Beam, grandnephew of Jim Beam. The bourbon is crafted individually, with each barrel finding its own special spot in the rickhouses, aging patiently for a minimum of seven years. This process extracts rich vanilla tones from the charred oak, contributing to the bourbon’s full-bodied flavor profile.
