Nose: Warm and inviting with loads of caramel and vanilla; hints of prune and apricot with a hint of traditional rye spiciness round out the nose

Taste: Initial caramel sweetness is followed by rye spiciness…clove, cinnamon, and mint are predominant, followed by a fade to caramel with a butterscotch conclusion

Finish: Very long, warm and balanced
