Agaves come from single estates like Rancho Las Raíces, keeping terroir squarely in focus and intensity pristine. It rests for four to six months in well-seasoned American whiskey barrels, adding spice and cocoa without muting the agave’s glow.

The nose blooms, the palate swells, and the finish carries pepper, caramel, and a sleek, high-proof warmth that lingers.

Nose: Roasted agave, cinnamon, lime zest, dark chocolate, and a brush of vanilla from used whiskey oak. Vivid and focused.

Palate: Bright agave drives; baking spice, cacao, caramel, orange peel, and white pepper unfold over a creamy, full-coat texture.
