TASTING NOTES
This light yellow colored white wine has tiny bubbles when initially poured. But it is not a sparkling wine. It opens with a mild wet stone and faint pear bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and viscous. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused lime with hints of green apple, tangerine and ginger ale. The finish is dry and its flavors and minerality are nicely prolonged and refreshing.
