This 2022 release hails from a single field known as "La Cañada," or The Creek, a high-altitude ravine sitting at over 2,100 meters, where the agave fights for every inch of growth. He ages this liquid for exactly three years in exhausted American whiskey barrels—just enough time to earn the Extra Añejo title, but not a second longer.
