Distilled in Indiana from 85% wheat and 15% barley, it’s aged in new American oak and finished in massive 380-gallon charred oak “casket” foeder barrels at WhistlePig’s Shoreham, Vermont farm. Proofed with Liquid Death’s pristine mountain water, it blends wheat’s soft sweetness with a touch of rye spice from WhistlePig’s Farm Rye. It’s smooth yet edgy, non-chill filtered, perfect for sipping neat, on the rocks, or in a Whiskey Sour.
