THE LAST DROP ASSEMBLY was formed in 2020 and comprised some of the great blenders of our time, including Sazerac’s renowned Master Blender, Drew Mayville. The second Signature Blend is a unique blend of Kentucky Straight Whiskeys created by Drew Mayville exclusively for The Last Drop.

Drawing upon his 40-year mastery in making award-winning spirits and featuring three different mashbills (wheated bourbon, rye bourbon, and straight rye), Drew has allowed each element to shine while creating a majestic whole that speaks of a lifetime of experience: a bespoke bourbon for the most discerning customers; impossible to replicate and truly remarkable.

APPEARANCE: radiant clarity with a beautiful cherry mahogany glow.

NOSE: The nose is reminiscent of the aroma as you enter aging Warehouse “C”... filled with history and tradition. An ambrosial blend of vanilla, figs, dates, cherries, and raisins with old wood perfectly harmoniously with the zest of rye spiciness.

TASTE: The taste transitions from a buttery texture to dark fruit, orange peel, spices, and candied almonds, through to old leather, tobacco, and bittersweetness, and ends in a crescendo of rye spiciness with oak and dark chocolate fighting for dominance.
