The Cabinet Barrel Proof Blend of Straight Whiskeys

The Cabinet is a limited-edition whiskey highlighting the finest of the brand's ryes and bourbons. It's part of the acclaimed DC Collection, which includes The Senator, recognized as the Best American Rye at the 2022 World Whiskies Awards, and The Representative honored as the World’s Best Bourbon at the 2023 World Whiskies Awards.

The inaugural edition of The Cabinet was launched in 2022 exclusively in the Washington, DC area. This 2023 edition is now available nationwide but remains highly limited, with only about 600 six-bottle cases produced.

• 2017 Bourbon - 75% Corn, 21% Rye, 4% Barley

The Cabinet offers an array of bold rye flavors; spices and floral notes rise from the glass, accompanied by tastes of dried fruits, nutmeg, and mint. The sweetness and rich bourbon flavors of vanilla and tobacco balance these. A rich mouthfeel and spiciness complete the experience. While The Cabinet, a blend of bourbon and rye, is crafted with the rye enthusiast in mind, it also pairs excellently with a cigar and reflective moments.
