Sweetdram Moonshine Liqueur

The inaugural release from the limited-edition series of collaborative liqueurs. Designed at the Sweetdram workshop in East London and produced at Kings County Distillery in Brooklyn, New York. The initial concept was simple: pay tribute to Kings County and the moonshine culture they champion—so rather than mask their white whiskey with synthetic flavorings and sugar, Sweetdram tried to complement it with a botanical-led recipe, where each ingredient has a particular purpose.

The rich, acidic fruitiness of the sour cherries rounds any youthfulness in the un-aged whiskey. Allspice adds peppery vanilla notes, similar to the ones extracted from oak during maturation. Coriander seeds bind the flavors and hibiscus lengthen the finish with a subtle tanginess, while also giving the spirit its distinctive magenta tint.
