On the nose, baked pear and apple in a sauce of dark chocolate and cacao nibs, vanilla toffee, cinnamon and clove. On the taste, vanilla bean, dark chocolate, baked fruit tart of apple and pear, cinnamon, and clove. The finish is lovely with sweet chocolate and vanilla flavors leading as cinnamon and oak spice fade last. A lovely sweet treat.
