Our first-ever Penelope barrel selection is here! The barrel we selected was a part of our second barrel-picking expedition with our fellow members earlier this year. It comes from the Penelope Toasted Series Barrel Strength Bourbon line. Bourbon clocks at 118 proof. To celebrate its "hotness," we dubbed it "Simply Pe," after a nickname of an equally hot actress bearing the same name.
