Nashville Barrel Company 7 Years Barrel Aged Single Barrel Venezuelan Rum

In 2018, three guys saw where the market was headed—not enough bourbon supply driving demand through the roof, creating impossible allocations, and making it difficult to find good whiskey. One of their favorite pastimes was traveling all over the country and picking single barrels with friends, but that memory was vanishing quickly.

They decided to do it themselves and select their single barrels on a larger scale. They bought their first batch of barrels of Bourbon in 2018. The hype began, and people loved it, so in early 2020, they released their first single barrel rye. Now, they work with individuals and groups to make their own blends and single-barrel selections. In 2021, they opened their blending and visitor center in downtown Nashville.

Their 2nd single-barrel rum is distilled in the Caribbean and aged in a tropical environment for 4YRS before being transferred into a fresh ex-bourbon cask (Willett) in Tennessee for another 3YRS.
