Built on 100% organic malted barley, it leans toward the elegance of Speyside and the Lowlands while still carrying crisp, high-altitude Idaho freshness.

Nose: Aromas open with freshly dried grass, heather honey, lemon zest, and cut hay over a light base of straw and pale malt sweetness. Hints of dates, watermelon rind, and shy vanilla weave in with gentle tobacco leaf, giving the nose a delicate, slightly rustic edge.

Palate: First sip brings brown sugar, vanilla frosting, and dark honey, carried on a surprisingly nimble texture for a 135.4-proof whiskey. Black peppercorn and white pepper flicker quickly, joined by oak shavings, toasted grain, and a faint echo of lemon oil from the nose.
