This limited release ties into the Independent Spirits whisky docuseries and is bottled at natural cask strength of 121.3 proof, with only 415 bottles produced. Every component is 100% malted barley, aged between one and eight years, then blended and bottled without chill filtration or added color.

Nose: Aromas of dirt around a campfire, damp wood, and boggy earth come first, heavy with peat and mesquite smoke. Behind that, you’ll find vanilla, whipped cream, burnt toffee, and peanut brittle alongside cocoa dust, charred citrus peel, and faint apple skin.

Palate: Dry, charred oak hits early, dragging along campfire embers, grilled lemon, and smoked herb notes that feel almost savory. Then vanilla cream, whipped cream, burnt toffee, peanut brittle, and dark chocolate roll in, supported by dark berry jam and grilled stone fruit.
