This release is part of a Lost Lantern trio of the first Triple Eight single casks ever released. Aged for 10 years in an ex-bourbon barrel, it has notes of graham cracker and sea salt caramels on the nose. The palate has balanced spice and hints of butterscotch, caramel apples, and vanilla. Bright yet deep, with distinct maritime influence.

Nose: Ocean mist, salt water taffy, light graham cracker, and faint caramel over a base of oak, earth, and subtle vanilla sweetness. Spiced honey, sea salt caramel, and a wisp of maritime spice give the nose an almost Speyside profile with Atlantic attitude.

Palate: Honey and spiced caramel lead, followed by white peppercorn, cinnamon baked pear, and oak that feels both seasoned and vividly alive. Salt water taffy, graham cracker crumbs, and light chocolate drift in later, softening the spice without dulling the structure.

Finish: Spiced honey, caramel sauce, white peppercorn, and aged oak linger, with light notes of chocolate and vanilla. The final impression is warm, maritime, and gently persistent, leaving a salted caramel and oak echo long after you set the glass down.
