Located at the historic Old Crow Distillery site, Glenn’s Creek crafts Flippin the Bird on a handmade pot still using the traditional Old Crow mashbill, 70% corn, 20% rye, and 10% malted barley. This bourbon is then aged in a Kelvin Cooperage Heavy Toast, Char 3 barrel, resulting in a flavor profile that belies its age of 4 years and 8 months.
