Can Can Cocktails White Linen

The White Line was created in Sacramento California by Renne Dominguez. Renne was working at Ella Restaurant and Bar and the Shady Lady Saloon around 2008 when the drink took off. When we are going through our triple digit summers there is nothing better to drink. Now that light and fresh cocktail is ready to drink right now.

To make the White Linen we take the freshest cucumbers we can find, infuse them in high proof vodka, add gin botanicals, elderflower, lemon, a little bit of cane sugar than carbonate the whole thing in our 1000L pressure tanks. Next it gets slipped into a can, labeled and sent off to a location close to you. Small batch cocktails made right in Sacramento CA.
