Buzzard's Roost Char #1 Whiskey is a remarkable example of innovation meeting tradition. Initially aged in new charred American oak barrels, the whiskey is then transferred to Buzzard's Roost’s exclusive lightly toasted barrels. Working closely with their cooperage, Buzzard's Roost developed 17 proprietary barrels with a range of toast levels.
