Black Button Distilling Single Barrel Straight Bourbon Whiskey Finished in Apple Brandy Barrels

This unique spirit was initially aged for two years in an American White Oak Barrel, then finished for 2 and a half years in a freshly harvested Apple Brandy barrel. Produced in extremely limited quantities, this amazing spirit has full-bodied notes of apple and honey.  Bottled at 59.5% ABV.

Nose: light spice, floral and pine notes, with a hint of back licorice and candy apple
Palate: a full-bodied burst of sweetness on the tongue, with flavors of over ripe apples and honey
Finish: long, lingering finish with notes of mature oak and baking spices, with a dry exhale of juicy apples
