This exquisite blend showcases a spectrum of aged bourbons: 8-year old Kentucky, 5, 6, & 9-year old Indiana, 8-year old Tennessee, and 5 & 6-year old Maryland Bourbon Whiskeys. The concoction reveals a derived mash bill of 73% Corn, 23% Rye, and 4% Malted Barley, making the Barrell Foundation Bourbon a well-rounded journey of flavors awaiting your exploration.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE: An initial wave of honey, candied strawberry, dark cherry, and grilled cantaloupe greet you. Notes of lavender and fennel emerge and are balanced by cocoa, brown butter, and cardamom.
