NV Bertha Cava Brut Nature Reserva

Without a doubt, the Brut Nature Reserva is the most emblematic cava in our collection because it represents 45% of our sells. The word reserva means that the cava needs to mature 15 months, at least. This cava is produced with macabeo, xarel·lo and parellada. 

Its scent reminds us of fruit, confectionary, flowers and vegetables. It offers a taste of yeast, fresh fruit, creaminess and, above all, a very subtle and well-integrated carbon dioxide.

It’s ideal to be served with aperitifs, starters, fish and white meat.
