Ragtime Rye "TheHateDust" 8 Year Single Barrel Cask Strength New York Straight Rye Whiskey

When Prime Barrel partnered with us to presebtba ryevon behalf of a charitable project, we were ecstatic. Don't let the "new guy" shine scare you off. This cask strength gem was a flavor bomb top to bottom, balanced, smooth and honestly- quite surprising. Dominant baking spices, mild cherry/plum, cinnamon- all the attitude and attributes you'd want from a rye. Don't hesitate- it's a solid fairly priced pour- FFR

This is a banger. Good spice up front with a sweet caramel/ vanilla finish. What you would expect from a little higher proof rye.
