Peg Leg Porker 8 Year Old Tennessee Rye Whiskey

This limited edition rye is distilled and aged in Tennessee and is a 95% Rye and 5% Malted Barley mash bill. This expression contains Peg Leg Porker's signature Hickory Charcoal finishing process after it is de-barreled. Bottled at 105 proof, the rye gives off a peppery nose with a smooth finish more reminiscent of a 90 proof.
